Common issues

My bot isn't responding

1. Check that your bot token is correct in the dashboard
2. Make sure your Claude subscription is active
3. Try sending a simple message like "Hello"
4. Wait 30 seconds — the first message after a restart may take a moment

Claude authentication failed

• Make sure you have an active Claude Pro or Max subscription (free accounts don't work)
• Authorization codes expire after a few minutes — try clicking Connect Claude again
• Each code can only be used once — don't resubmit the same code

Server seems slow

Your assistant processes one message at a time. If you send multiple messages quickly, they'll be handled in order. For complex tasks (web browsing, code execution), responses may take 30-60 seconds.

I want to switch messaging channels

You can connect additional channels or change your primary channel from the assistant dashboard. Your assistant can be connected to both Telegram and Discord simultaneously.
